Hi - I have been charged £10.00 for services from another company on 22nd Aug. I have no idea what this is for and why I am being charged. Please can this be cleared up ?

@connie2chile   This isn’t customer services only they have access to your account. You’ll have to call them. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
