Billing Issue

Hjones12
Visitor

Hi

i took out a sim only contract a month ago. The bill was £11.20 monthly and I've phoned today as my phone has been restricted and it's saying I my bill is £64?? I'm really confused by this. I haven't paid as I can't afford this but I need my phone back on as I am awaiting important calls. Any help would be greatly received. Thank you

We're you charged for calls that should have been part of your package / bundle ?

I was charged between 28th August and 8th Sept for 01, 0345 and 07 mobile calls which should have been part of my unlimited minutes.

In the move to real time billing which they are doing for all customers, people have been charged for calls they shouldn't have.

It's a known issue if that's what has happened and you will need to speak to customer services.
