Billed more

Hello EE 

I will like to know why am billed 19.12 on my account while I was on 15 per month plan before 31st of March and it’s meant to only increase by 2.50 so why is my bill higher?

Have you looked at the PDF version of your bill it probably says this?

Our prices changed on 31 Mar. We've credited you for services
charged in advance on your last bill, and re-charged you at the new price.

Thanks for coming to the community.

It is likely to be related to the price increase from 31st March as @Colstalex mentioned.

You'd see the plan price change as of that date, so it is back dated on the bill.
