I payed a bill on the 1 October of the amount of 174.00 this was due which I payed why I asking me to

Hi @Melvintaze 

Welcome to the community.

I would have expected the payment to have updated by now, it would usually show within 24 hours.

When you are looking in the app or the website, it will show the amount of the bill, even after you've paid. 

If it isn't that page that you are looking out, I'd recommend giving our billing guides a call so they can have a look at your account and make sure the payment is showing as updated.
