Hello. Why you still charge my roaming if I’m not using and haven’t been abroad?

@MarcinekMU89  if you’ve purchased a roaming add-on, you need to cancel that add-on. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
