Why has my monthly mobile data cost gone from £35 to £40 ? It’s mobile Broadband so I don’t have an EE phone to call 150 , the other number doesn’t work, went into store & they said the can’t access account .
how do I get rid off EE ? Im on a rolling monthly contract .

Hi @Adie71

Have you considered this may include April CPI increase?

Thanks

@Adie71 : If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract.

The recent annual CPI increase was 14.4% which exactly fits your increase.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

@Adie71   It’s exactly what @Northerner  has put.   £35 add 14.4% equals £5.04 total £40.     All network increased prices in April it’s nothing new and it’s as per the contract you accept and agreed to.
