Hi unknown to myself I am being charged for BT Sport which I don’t want or asked for.My bill started at £57 and has now went up to over £70, can you clarify why this is?

@Annefran   This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum and there is no account access from here.  

 The only way anything is added to an account is by the end user adding it.       To stop this just text STOP SPORT to 150
