Do you really mean that a card payment failed or was it a DD that bounced? If a DD payment fails EE will try it again about a week later. So make sure the money is there then.

Please accept me to pay next Thursday instead of today's date and stop direct debit today because I have not enough money after paying the billings. Therefore I received the benefits money every Thursday. Please confirm with me immediately, thanks so much. Either SMS xxxxxxxxxxx or email xxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com. many thanks.
