Ee faild to take money from my card bcs no had money. Do i need go in store or can i transfer to them bcs i have sort code acc number.?

Do you really mean that a card payment failed or was it a DD that bounced? If a DD payment fails EE will try it again about a week later. So make sure the money is there then.

Please accept me to pay next Thursday instead of today's date and stop direct debit today because I have not enough money after paying the billings.
