Hi guys, I’m really confused, basically I’ve got the iPhone 13 pro max on contract however my bill was too high and I had this code I could use to reduce it, so through live chat I asked and the woman told me it’s gone through and that my bill had dropped to either 56 or 61 I can’t remember, anyhoo, it’s time to pay my bill and it’s 71! I rang ee and they said they have no record of this transcript and I swear it was on my phone and I can no longer find it, so I then said if I can’t manage to find it is they anyway if still reducing my bill as I can’t afford the full amount right now as I’ve just started a new job and it’s not the best pay, they said they aren’t able to do anything for me? Like that’s surely not right please someone help me and let me know if I’m wrong?

What code was it?

 

That's a big reduction normally it's 20% so 20% off 71 would be £14.20 off meaning £56.80

 

Unless you pressed email transcript it wouldn't be stored on your phone at all.
