Bill incorrect in App

Is anyone else finding their bills are incorrect on the Aoo?  

I am a new customer and I spent ages talking to customer service last week and still the same. No change. It's so frustrating. The bill for this month is correct but for June, it is wrong. 

The 'saga' is too complicated to show here. But I wonder if it was a good idea to go with EE.

One 'guide' told me that it was down to a software problem.  So fix it !!!

If you log into your EE account online through a web browser, does the correct bill amount show? 

Is the plan incorrect in your EE app?

@RedGreen7  If it’s too complicated to show on here why make the comment in the first place ?  You seem to what help but don’t want to get help.    

Have you checked the bill breakdown to see if you have any out of allowance charges?

I also got my bill this monthly and the extra charges in the bill don’t match with the value of the adds-on that I acquired that month.

 

I only go 1 unlimited date adds-on which would cost me monthly. £25

My June bill came with extra charges of £67.38

i don’t have any other adds-on a part from this one and the other extra charges for that month are less than £4.

 

how EE came up with such higher bill ?

Have you been able to view a full breakdown of your bill?

Do any pro-rata charges show for the add-ons?
