Hi I can’t see my bill? And I’m confused the new format?

Welcome to the community,

Have you gone on the EE App clicked on latest bill and then click on either the one for broadband or mobile and then from the drop down choose that one and scroll down to where it says download PDF click on it, then you can see the full breakdown of the bill.
