Hi @Phoenix97
If you have a payment plan set up, but your reminder message is showing an unexpected amount, you'll need to contact Customer Service on 150 from your handset where a guide in the payment support team can look into the account and give a breakdown and reason for the amount asked.
Usually if the amount due is more than you'd expect it's either down to additional out-of-bundle charges that have been incurred, or a payment has been missed so the full amount needs to be cleared.
However, if you'd like to make a full payment, you can do so on our Fast Payment page.

Could this be a scam? Who was the text from?
Does it have a link in it that it tells you to click? Don't go there but what was the link?
