Hello EE Team,
I am writing regarding my account (Mobile number: ***********) as I can see extra charges of £128.18 showing on my upcoming bill dated 29 December.
I thought this is free of charge
These charges appear to be due to international calls, which I was not aware would be charged at this rate. I am currently on a student visa in the UK and did not expect such high charges. I kindly request you to:
Please block all international and premium calls on my account immediately.
Apply a spend cap to prevent any further extra charges.
Review these charges and advise if any reduction or goodwill adjustment is possible, as this amount is very high for me.
I would greatly appreciate your urgent support and confirmation once the blocks are in place.

As @XRaySpeX has mentioned here, calls to abroad from the UK would be charged outside of your normal plan if you don't have an add-on.

You can check up on any potential charges before you call on our checker here.

We don't have access to accounts on these forums to check on your bill or make any changes to how you're set up, but if you wanted to query these charges further, I'd recommend giving our customer care team a call.

International calls & texts to overseas nos. from UK are outside your usual  allowance & can be rather expensive but EE has a add-on, for £2.16 pm for those on contract or free for some legacy PAYG, that can be applied for to give these calls & texts at a fraction of the standard rates. See The CALL ABROAD Add-on for Cheap Calls/Texts from UK .

You may also restrict these charges by Set up and manage Spend Cap yourself.
