I can’t find a break down of my bill

If you have the EE app, you should be able to view a summarised breakdown by number by going to Manage > Billing.
Lower down on the same page you should be able to see the option to download the bill in full via PDF too.
Alternatively you can also check this via the browser version of your account.
If you continue to struggle from there I would recommend reaching out to our team so we can double check how things are set up at our end.
