I cannot see my bill online!!! I have just upgraded and added a 1gb sim fir my daughter to which I spoke to several people!!! This was supposed to be £6! Not £17! On my account I was asked to add a number. I added my daughters and now I cannot even get into mine!

@Yanagriffiths  if you’ve been given a discount on the 1Gb Sim only deal that is £17. It will show the full price of that tariff. This might not be what you will billed,  have a look on your account under add ons as it might show you have a discount which will then reduce the amount you actually pay.   

If you’re looking at the my EE app you need to toggle between the contacts on your account.   You do that by selecting the Number/name under the change product label 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
