It won’t let me pay my bill online or on the number 150

It’s saying unable to make a payment but my banking app is saying it’s coming out then when I click on my banking app the money is still there Iv been trying to pay my bill all day

It may be worth calling to speak to someone on 150 to put the payment through manually. If it still doesn't go through, I'd suggest speaking to your bank.
