Hello, when I signed up to the sim only contract I was told it would be £14 a month so why is it saying the bill will be £20

This is probably only the first bill. You are billed in advance, but the first bill includes a pro-rata charge from the day you started the contract until your first bill date (which is normally a week or two after the contract starts).
