I’ve just paid my bill and it’s been almost 2 hours now and my phone is still blocked does anyone know why this is?

Yes, but They said on phone that it would be working within 2 hours and it’s still saying it’s suspended

@Mcclean15  it can take up to 24 hours before you get a working signal again.  When EE you cut off it took hours before you actually had no working signal and it’s the same when it’s the other way round, it’s not a case of flick a switch and that’s it it’s working again. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
