I logged onto my EE bills and a message on screen says that my bill next month will be more than normal, it doesn’t say why, and I have no extra charges, so what’s going on?

Hm, is this the first time you have used we are 8 to knock some money off? It is for me, I may query it with them, I’m very confused! Surely it would just go back to how much you usually pay, not that and then some!

No I’ve taken money from we are 8 a few times and usually if you withdraw £5 from we are 8 to use towards yre mobile bill. Usually next months bill will say it will be higher but only higher by the £5 or whatever you withdrew from we are 8. For instance my bill is usually £25 this month I use we are 8 £5 credit towards my bill so technically my bill was only £20 as we are 8 paid £5 of it but next month it will say you’re bill will be higher than normal as it will go back upto the £25 it should be at if you get me. But mine gone up by &8.33 and not £5 I used from we are 8

I believe the app is displaying incorrect information and it’s not the first time it as done that. I also believe it will sort itself out but you can ring up just to be sure

@GEL73 . If you had looked at the dates of this thread you’d seen that nothing to do with the yearly price increase. And that’s RPI not CSI

Hello @KasunHettiara.
Welcome to the community.
Have you been able to log in to your My EE account online to see a breakdown of your bill?

@KasunHettiara : That 14.4% increase about fits EE's annual Mobile CPI plus 3.9% price changes that you contracted to & agreed to when you signed up for your plan.
