Hi can I make a promise to pay bill payment on 31st January 25. 
for remaining balance this month  due to unforeseen financial circumstances regarding banking affairs

@Debra2420  This isn’t customer support it’s a public forum,  you need to call customer support on 150.   You also do not post private information on the internet you are opening yourself up to being scammed.
