Bill not correct

i got behind last month on my bill and paid it off just before the new one needed paying on the 26 of this month but im trying to pay this months but last months amount still been updated to say ive payed.is there any EE employees that monitor this chat to get it sorted out please?

@taffdragon   This is a public forum not customer services no one here has access to your account.  If you’ve paid your bill for last month you need to allow time for it to update.  

Logout of your account and try logging back in as this will refresh it.
