Hi,
I recently paid an overdue phone bill. It said I owed £32.25. After clicking on it, it said I owed £64.50. Once i clicked on and paid it, it said i still owed £64.50. After viewing my direct debit history, it has been paid for every month except this month which the total should have only been £49.74. I’m not sure why I was charged another £32.25 and it still is saying i owe another £64.50 all in all they are asking for £140 when i only owed £49.74 and i have ended up paying £82 . What shall i do?

Hi @iqrakh I can imagine it must be very stressful for you to get a bill that's higher that you were expecting.
I'd love to get you some clarity on the situation, so I'd recommend giving our billing team a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, you can find a link to our contact page here
A billing guide will give you a bill breakdown, and take a look at what those extra charges are for.
