Hi
I pay my daughters my monthly bill. I had an issue over Christmas where my bank account was hacked if that’s the word and most of my money was taken out. This affected some of my direct debits. When I checked ee was still active so I assumed everything was ok now we cannot use our phones.

I'm so sorry to hear this happened and how it's impacted your Direct Debits too.
Have you checked your bank account and has your bill been taken as expected?
If not, this will mean it's no longer active. The next steps would be making a payment by card, and then resetting the Direct Debit again.
Do you have access to the EE app or your main online account? Does it show any overdue balance?
