Can't view any bills or anything on app or web version it's annoying! What is going on I've been charged £50 extra and obviously I want to know why!!!!

Are you getting an error message when you try to view your bill?

A great trick is to uninstall, then reinstall your app, could you give that a go please?

I too have had the same issues, rang and was told to call to obtain a bill, not acceptable as they provide a service and so should provide a bill each month! I have made formal complaint and contacted the ombudsman service for them to investigate. This is the only action that will get to the bottom of my issues.
