Bill is higher than my plan

My plan is Sim only, at £23 per month
But my account has been charged £24.82 each month.
I don't have any add ons.
Anyone know why?

Does your bill not provide a breakdown.
For billing issues you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

This is likely to have been last year's annual price increase of CPI+3.9%.
I believe this was 7.9% which seems to line up and explain the difference.
