Hi @waynes4

It is well advertised on your contract. Read here: https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/guide-to-bill/about-annual-prices-changes

If you want to challenge then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

@waynes4  So you didn’t read any of the contract or the T&Cs of said contract but still agreed to it,   It’s a contract between yourself and EE and you have no idea what your agreeing too but still agreed to it,  crazy.

An annual price change of £4 pm is for a handset plan. £2.50 pm would be just for a SIM-Only plan.

Your 1st image (EE email) shows this year's increase to be £4 pm.

Your 2nd image (your plan) shows this year's increase to be £2.50 pm.

Contradiction! Query it with CS.
