I have been unable to access my itemised bill,I deleted the app and installed again and started from scratch which now let's me see my usage,I also had something about my new order which I HAVE NOT MADE ANY ORDER,I can now see another device on my account it has a no but I don't know what it is the number is 86598104000.
Please can any one help me
