Been with EE for years upgraded 2 phones to reduce my monthly bills was told I had to have new number on one and bill was reduced Been going round in circles for weeks to be told it's lies didn't need to change number and bill not reduced

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your upgrade and I can understand your concern. It sounds like an additional line may have been added to your account, instead of an upgrade, which will be why you have a new number. I'd recommend reaching back out to the team and querying which lines are active on your account.
