Hi,
I'd like to know what happens if I redeem credit on Airtime Rewards that is more in value than my phone bill?
Example,
My phone bill costs £25.72
I redeem £30.00 from Airtime rewards to put towards my bill.
Will it pay my months phone bill (£25.72) and then leave the remaining amount (£4.28) in my EE account for the next months bill or do you loose any credit over your bill amount?
Thanks.

Hi Katie,
as much as I appreciate your reply it doesn’t answer my question at all…. Did you read it or is it a generic response?

Hi @symondsc.
If you make a payment higher than your total bill, anything remaining will stay as a credit on your account towards your next bill.
Katie
