I have a contract with EE already, but I want to add a Sim to my account (30%) off at the moment. However I would like to transfer my EE number from the ending contract to this New sim at the end of my contract. Is this possible?? Or do I just need to upgrade to a sim only plan and not the get the 30% discount.

@davequeen It’s 30% off because it’s a 2nd line on your account the moment you cancel your current contract ie move your number to then port it back to the new sim will see that 30% discount removed as that will be your main line and not a 2nd line on your account that gets a 30% discount
Any additional lines on your account will receive a 30% discount as it’s an additional line. Ie you have more than one line on your account.

@davequeen : EE won't port nos. between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no. to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract. Otherwise you'll just have to do an upgrade your existing contract to SIM-Only..
