How do I find out what these are actually for?

If you click on your bill you can download it and see what the add-ons are on your bill. You can also scroll down when you look at plans and subscriptions at Mobile Add-ons on the home page.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.
