Action needed to stay on same ee contract?

Hi, I have a very basic ee mobile contract that is due to end soon. I want to stay on the same contract with no new upgrades.

Will this happen automatically if I do nothing or am I supposed to confirm this with ee in some way?

When I log in it offers lots of upgraded plans I can choose from but nowhere can I find an option to choose to stay on existing plan hence my question.  Thank you for any advice.  phoebe66

What you have is a rolling contract with no end-date, but a minimum-term that is about to expire. The logical extension of a fixed-term contract is that everyone's phone would be disconnected as a matter of course when their contract "expires" - this would cause a lot of complaints!

At the end of your minimum-term, you have various choices.

1: Upgrade your phone and recommit for at least another 24months

2: Change to a SIM-only plan

3: Remain as you are, nothing will change except for 10% discount after 3months.

4: Give notice to disconnect or port-out

@Phoebe66   If you do nothing nothing will change,  your contract at the minimum term changes to a 30 day rolling contract.  It doesn’t cut you off the at the minimum term and you don’t have to do anything to stay as you are.

If you had  read the contract you agreed to you’ll know this,   you agreed to a contract that you didn’t read and or understand.   Crazy
