I've upgraded my phone recently and selected the £90 per month option for doing so. All done through the phone to EE and now I cannot make calls and data has been suspended because I apparently owe you £1099!!??

@marcjames You will have to call customer services from a different phone in order to sort this.

Yes, I have finally spoken to a representative and it has been resolved. Big error on EE's part to falsely claim I owed over £1000, all resolved now. No apology though 🙂
