Hi there

i am the account holder for my EE account but it doesn’t actually recognise myself as the account holder??

how do I solve this??

@Jameswelsh17  You need to change your account settings from user to bill payer  

Log in to your My EE > Menu > Account Settings > Tick bill payer. 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
