Did you mean:

Accidentally cancelled my contract early

Can someone please help! I was browsing in my EE app and accidentally clicked “leave EE” suddenly I got a text message telling me the charge for ending my contact early is £987 and it’ll show on my final bill.
Does this mean I’ve actually cancelled my contract and can it be reversed at all?
I did call customer services they said to call back in 24 hours as sometimes it doesn’t appear on their end straight away but I’m so worried now.

Hi,

I did the same mistake. Do we need to contact them to let them know it was a mistake or it is just an information provided by them.

please reply it would be really helpful.

thank you

@Varmabvsr22 : No, you've  just requested cost info. if you were to cancel your contract.

I don’t think you need to contact them. I did because I was panicking but it turned out all I had done is request the information not actually end my contract. Hope this helps 🙂
