I have ordered iphone 17 pro max but i didn't get it. But they taken first installment

@rubelahmed1985 if you’ve not received the device, then you shouldn’t have been billed. You need to call customer support about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
