The offer on the left, 25GB for £12, what happens when you get to checkout?

Can you provide a screenshot of it showing incorrectly at that point? Be careful not to show any personal info.

It wont let me add the order so i an unable to show you the checkout. But i am a EE customer, i have a EE PAYG contract that i have had for over a year

Ah I see, that'll be why then.

PAYG is not a contract, unless you mean a 1 month rolling contract Pay Monthly SIM.

These are Pay Monthly offers and Multi-Line discount only applies for Pay Monthly accounts. PAYG accounts and Pay Monthly accounts don't mix.

If you wanted to get a Pay Monthly SIM from EE you would either need to use the pricing that is shown with the box unticked and order it on a separate account, or move to a Pay Monthly contract yourself to be eligible to add another SIM to the same account with the Pay Monthly Additional Line pricing.
