£77.00 bill for cancelling within cooling off period

Can anyone help? I cancelled my contact a few days after I received my sim there were no charges. Why have I been charged £27 for the contract and £50 deposit? Will these charges drop off or will I have to pay £77 for something I’ve never used?

Where are you seeing these charges?

I'd imagine £27 is a part-months pro-rata charge for your chosen plan. The £50 may be a deposit for roaming charges or similar - refundable on cancellation.

But they still charge me that even though I cancelled within 14 days?

You've not answered the question of where you saw those changes.

After you cancel, you receive a final bill accounting for credits & debits.

Billing always continues as normal, until point of cancellation. Any deposits for service especially, are refunded on that final bill.
