72hr No return Message

Hi,

I have submitted a return request on 150 and it has said I would receive a message back within 72 hrs.

I have requested twice but I don't seem to get anything back. I looking to return the device to exchange for another model as I don't like the one I have gotten.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry you have not heard back from your previous return requests, if you are having an issue using the 150 automated service I would recommend filling out the return form here instead. You should get an e-mail confirmation confirming its been submitted when you fill out the form.

Alternatively it sounds like you have not got through to a guide yet on 150, if the automated service is not working I would suggest using the other available option to get through to a guide who should be able to help make sure the return requests have been picked up.
