My partner and I both have letters stating that out 3G (Orange) plan will come to an end in Jan 23. It also says that if we do nothing they will automatically change our plan in November 22. On the website it says if we do nothing we will only lose data connection. These things taken together do not make sense, does anyone know what will actually happen? Also assuming we change (or EE change automatically) our plan do we then lose free roaming?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @blueberry61,
Some of our legacy 3G plans will no longer be supported from January 2023. The letter you have received confirms you are using one of these plans.
If you don’t move to a new plan, you’ll still be able to make and receive calls and texts, but you won’t be able to access the internet without using WiFi.
Hope this helps.
