Hi, I have a 30 day multi product sim I took out in December, I'm looking to change this to a different plan but am unable to do this online and have been told twice now that the 30 day sims cannot be changed for the first 6 months?
Wanted to check if this is true as that seems odd to me and I don't want to spend more time on the phone if this is the case.
Thanks

Welcome to the EE Community, @Calum121 🙂
What sort of change are you trying to make? Are you looking to switch to a plan with a phone?

Hi James, just a change to another sim only plan

@Calum121 If it’s a 30 day contract you can change this with 30 days notice. There is no minimum 6 month rule at all. There is only a 6 month rule for a 12/24 month sim only contract change to a full device contract if this sim only is your first contract with EE. This doesn’t apply to a 30 day rolling contract.

The policy is outlined at the bottom of page 5 of.... https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/help-pdfs/price-plans/paym/sim-only/sim-only-price-plans-070721...

Hi Chris, I have 4 sim contracts with phone flexpay contracts together, I do not need 2 of the simcards and I pay 2x £24 monthly for them without a use for next 2 years. Is there a way to terminate 2 of the sims’ contracts and keep paying for the devices I got them with? Thank you

Hi @Aram138 If you're out of contact, you'd just need to give a disconnection guide a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2.
If you have some time left of your contract, there would be a termination charge to cancel.
You can find more information on early termination charges here
