2022: no paperless billing from EE without calling customer service?

Just a simple form that would take any developer about a day's work is apparently still not available on EE's website.

Do I really have to call 150, and waste your customer services staff's time, just for the sake of a one-time switch?

Altering your billing options does require a call to C/S, yes.

Tried to contact EE via the online chat. Guy disconnected because i asked him whether i get 2.50 off my bill if thats what paperless billing costs.

just joined ee from three and must admit their customer service has been shocking so far. Im still within my 14 day period before i am locked in for 2 years so will review and probably cancel. Might as well go to plusnet which is the same network but lower prices.

Hi @Dbill,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

I'm sorry to hear your chat was disconnected. Are you currently paying for paper bills?

Yes. I want to go paperless. I have a sim only monthly rolling contract. Want to change on line but doesn't seem possible.

@chrisflugel   You need to call customer services to request to stop paper billing.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
