20% discount not showing on my first bill

Hi,

I recently joined EE, I called up to add a 20% discount from EE perks to my contract. This discount is not showing on my first bill, is this normal or has the discount not been added to my account properly?

It sounds like EE haven't added it. Best call EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Marcusd707  Does it show add on under add ons on your EE account?    If it does your bill was probably generated before you got the add on applied to your account.

Happened to me too. A bit fishy, isn't it? All the contract  processing it will remind and stipulate that this is what you will pay as they gave a doscount. Now, they'll tell  you it's a technical error.  It seems deliberate so when you don't complain, they can get away with it.

No, I didn't use any discount code. Ordered 20th of May. Got the billing yesterday with the undiscounted price. Strange when all the time all throughout the documentation,  processing and whatnot, from the agent to the documents, the discounted price is mentioned/stipulated. I really find it silly your agent told me it was a technical error.
