2 phone numbers

I have 2phones numbers and I only use 1. 

xxxxxxxxxx I don't use.  

xxxxxxxxxx I use. I want to keep this on but close the other one. Its saying i can upgrade but I don't want to upgrade just cancel if I can please.

If you wish to cancel one of your numbers you'll need to get in touch with our Customer Care team.

They'll be able to help you cancel this.
