I pay my mobile bill on the 26th monthly but EE has not collected for 2 months, today I paid 2 seperate bills by card 1 for usage and 1 for flexiplan. I was with BT and they collected 1 bill for the lot. Can EE tell me why they cannot be like BT afterall BT is their boss.

@MADdog237  Because it’s a flex tariff.   Basically you’ll not get any price increase on the device tariff only the air time tariff.    Did you not read any of the information about this when you took this out.

Once the device is paid off you’ll only be billed for the air time if you don’t upgrade as it’s 2 separate bills.

BT don't do Flex-pay plans. That's they're diff.

BT Group is the "boss" of BT & EE, both independent subsidiaries with their own products & prices & systems..
