Hello mate i am new to EE i just got my device last friday and they already charge me 30 pounds for the upfront soon im gonna pay my monthly payment that cost 55 pounds But when i see my first bill they gonna charge me 85 pounds What should i do? Thanks in advance

If the additional charge is for an upfront payment that you have already paid with a credit or debit card, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can amend your bill.
They'll be happy to help.

it should be 55 only sir because i already paid the 30 upfront and beside i just got my phone last friday i aint doing anything outside my plan
