You don't pay for receiving calls. So who's dialling them from your phone? You should be careful who you lend your phone to. I'm not sure EE are able to block outgoing calls for you.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ive looked into this. 0845 nos were stopped in 2014 due to costs and are receiving only. Still not sure where my call charges came from

Your bill should tell you if you look at its breakdown.

Spoke to a very nice person at EE. Think I understand how it works now. EE canot block 0845 nos u less you put a zero cap on extra charges. As these will restrict sms photos being sent I’ve put a minimal cap value in place. Will see how this pans out.
