Inclusive extra ? Has it been changed

I have a plan that has an inclusive extra so I can use my phone in Canada USA and Australia this worked in Canada a year ago but I’ve just got to Australia and It is not working ? ee app is down at the moment 

EE TV app has stopped linking to my BT box
