I'm having the same trouble

I'm having the same trouble - We have 3 connected extenders none have connected devices. Performance is poor in the house. EE Engineer came out and acknowledged the issue - said he would send info back to tech dept. Suppose he never has.  I think it's a firmware issue - can't even get wifi in the garden and we are about 2 metres from the Kitchen Extender.  It's becoming frustrating. They seriously need to get a grip of the firmware/system. Never had any of these issues with BT Kit. Toying with looking at other mesh systems. IMG_0174.PNGIMG_0175.PNGIMG_0176.PNG

Same issue here. 3 extenders connected to Wifi 7 Router. showing no devices connected and don't actually think any are. Wifi Range is poor in extremities of the house and can't now get Wifi in the garden. Firmware of the hub and app needs a real good looking at to get it displaying correct reliable information that is consistent  - same with the app, which has been updated tonight but is no better! Screenshot 2025-03-13 at 21.40.03.png

Bob, yes - its awful engineer has been out acknowledged the problem - said they would feed back into the tech dept. Lots on here with same issue - sounds like a firmware issue - it's like their key product - you would think they would be all over it - trying to resolve. IMG_0174.PNGIMG_0175.PNGIMG_0176.PNG

First things first, at least one of those extenders could do with the old 'switch it off and back on again' treatment 😉

It's been up for over 30 days.

What are the extender LEDs doing when the app tells you there's 'No signal'?

@Luckybob28 - replied to you here.

Cross-posting the same thing to multiple threads is likely to cause confusion and result in you receiving jumbled/out of context replies.

Tried turning them off and letting them reset but doesn’t change anything. LEDS are showing normal aqua colour.

Not posting to cause confusion across threads. Posted on the other one as someone is having exactly the same issue as me with the same kit.

thought I would reply to you as it had slipped my mind from your last reply.

Not exactly! Diff router!
