does this many in dates including the pre visit date  is wrong r is just the fibre install date im asking as previsit is next week 

 

"Please be aware your broadband engineer appointment is only a provisional date at the moment. We're confirming this appointment with our engineers which can take up to five working days, we'll be in touch once confirmed."

@XRaySpeX Curtilage does not mean it's on an outside wall of a building per say. Would be zero need for an engineer visit.

@JimM11 @XRaySpeX they came and and  w to see how this will be connected is this the preinstall 

order tracker still says work outside property on monday is that when they will start digging ?

bearing in in  these are still marked as estimates

i have install have a date of 17 of december cconfirmed

 

@shakey19811 Looking like pre-install stage one, get the Fibre up to the outside wall for your home. Civils will be the one arranged to get all they are doing first, if it be digging, trunking laid in or just buried Fibre cable below the surface garden wise. If you are about at home good idea as you will see what they do and were to avoid spading in the future.

@shakey19811 No problems, OR got a lot going on all over the country with both FF Full Fibre and the PSTN withdrawl, and if you have a home, neighbour etc like for like then OR will just do similar type installation unless you are the First one then it's make it up as they go along.

yeah im the first dosent help that the order tracking is all over the place 

both digging and install confirmed now
